The quality concept of Akümsan; from supply of the raw material to after sales services, is certified by Bureau Veritas ISO/TS 16949:2002 Automotive Quality Management  Certificate and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate. With the constant quality improvement since 1979, Akümsan has been the leading company in its sector. The professional personnel, all specialized in their own fields, allow the company to follow up the technological innovation and sectoral attitudes in the world. Furthermore, these personnel are given regular trainings on quality assurance & improvement and customer satisfaction subjects.

There is also an ongoing certification project started in June, 2005 on ISO/TS 16949.2002 Quality Management Certificate, which is requried by the automotive industry worldwide. The project was completed succesfully in february 2006 and put into practise with this certification, Akümsan aims to be one pace beyond than present ISO 9001.2000 conditions.
