In the production of battery boxes and lids, the raw materials obtained from major European manufacturers are subjected to quality testing prior to their use in production. The firm recognizes that conformity to world standards start with the selection of proper raw materials.

In order to maintain the consistency of raw materials during the production process, the production medium should be protected against dust and the effects of external factors on unfavorable temperature conditions. In Akümsan's factory, the raw materials are stored in a central silo. As the central system is connected to all machinery employed in production, it automatically distributes the correct quantity of raw material to the machinery connected to it.

This enables the realization of production with high efficiency in a clean environment and under balanced temperature conditions.The maintenance of constant quality during projection is accomplished by using high-quality molds and modern equipment in addition to modern injection machinery.

The battery boxes and lids coming out of the production line are finally checked through dimentional  and dielectric tests before they are ready for shipment. Then they are packed according to the requests of customers and shipped for delivery.By the addional investment in 2007,the  annual production capacity reached to 6 million and 700 thousand set of boxes and lids.
