COMPANY PROFILE

	Akümsan was founded in 1979 in Istanbul to supply storage battery boxes and lids to the battery manufacturers serving Turkey's developing automotive industry.

R&D

	Akümsan is also presented as the design power of the sector by its R&D Department. R&D in Akümsan is not only contributing its experience to the current products but also reflecting its creativity to the new products.

FACTORY

Akümsan is located on 10.000 sqm. Due to the integrated structure of the factory, just like the molding house, the warehouse is also located within the production area.

QUALITY
	The quality concept of Akümsan; from supply of the raw material to after sales services, is certified by Bureau Veritas ISO/TS 16949:2002 Automotive Quality Management Certificate and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate.
